Have you ever actually looked carefully at a praying mantis? I noticed one down close to the ground while on a walk outside. It was pretty cool to see. I wouldn’t challenge one for its domain. I mean look at him chowing down on that poor innocent gecko.
They eat meat.
They are a mixture of terrors from outer space and miniature dinosaurs.

Ok. Yea. That’s pretty terrifying. Definitely glad those things are tiny. Also: geckos apparently aren’t great against any kind of insect. I used to have one as a pet and fed it live crickets. Then it got eaten by the live crickets. The guy at the pet store was flumoxed.
